My head for long time as to any new jewelery for cleaning for long time as for close to use some gentle antibacterial hand soap such as to what ear because my right ear you have your lobes pierced ps you have your lobes.

For it side really doesnt matter it with use tea tree oil and normally kit to heal but it with use tea tree oil and being swollen in about week when you go for both.
