Im wondering– what are some exercises I can do while watching tv? Something that doesnt require a lot of effort or space but that will be of some good?For example: I normally wear heals while Im walking around at work all day and when I come home and watch a lil tv or movie, I will flex my calves and move my leg around in small circles, with my foot pointed up.
I will also lay on my back and pull myself up with my stomach (usually during commerical breaks haha)
and I like to take 10 minutes in between shows to turn on some good hip hop songs and dance to them..
It seems like little dumb things..but I think they help to keep my body movin throughout the day.
Any suggestions to add to this? Also..I’d like a more defined collarbone, rounder calves, and a tighter tummy/inside thighs. I have a nice round ass but I would like more definition between my back and my butt. Any suggestions? Mine kinda goes straight down.
