I know I should be there for her, and just listen when she wants to talk. Are there any other techniques, or something else I could do to help her out?

How long does an eyebrow piercing take to heal and what is the best technique to clean it so it doesn’t get infected. I had an eyebrow piercing before, and it got infected. I did clean it but I think I didn’t do it “properly.” I used that Sea Salt Spray stuff to clean it the first time. I wanna get it done again but I want to know how to do it the right way. Thanks Guys!!

Silly Hippie asked:
I am trying to make a somewhat large, custom stencil, with curved, 60’s style lettering. I’ve already drawn the letters out and have them nearly perfect, but I am having a huge amount of trouble getting the x-acto knife to correctly follow the design. Currently I’m using a high-quality, thick, cardstock-like paper, a retractable x-acto knife (the pen one) and a self-healing mat underneath. The letters are about 2 inches tall and 1 inch wide, the blade is brand-new, and I more than take my time. Does anyone know how I can get the knife to follow a curve without slipping? Any tips on technique or knives? Thanks :]

Is there some kind of OTC meds. or some kind of home remedy or natural healing techniques that a woman can use to help her to breathe easier? She has COPD, and she takes 4 breathing treatments a day, and she sleeps with Oxygen at night. The breathing treatments make her really weak. Isn’t there something that can help her to breathe a little easier? If you have any suggestions, pls let me know. Even the doctor says that he’s heard of something, but even he can’t remember it! Thanks!
She’s 58 years old.

A few years ago a house bill was entered into the Texas State Legislature to regulate Reiki. The house bill was submitted by a person in Houston that was going to set up a monolopy for herself doing Reiki. We defeated that house bill with protest and demonstrations.
This time it is the Massage Therapy Board that is trying to regulate all the other types of Health Benefits that may include touch in any way. Reiki, Reflexology, Acupressure, Body Talk, Emotional Freedom Technique, Iridiolgoy,
The problem this time is no one is that excited or willing to stop this problem. They all say.. yeah it shouldn’t happen, but where is the action for changing the mind of the Governor Rick Perry and having him Veto the Bill.
The House Bill 2644 for Massage Therapy, was presented in The House of Representatives, Passed to the Senate.. THEN someone slipped in an amendment to include all the limitations for healing touch and it was approved and sent to the Gov. Office for signature.

chasvanblom asked:
I have suffered an abrasion on my leg. - this class-2 abrasion is still dripping water, despite whatever I try to use (ointments or dry salves) on it.
This original injury was sustained two weeks ago as I was walking around my large acreage plot; %I was mowing my lawn.
I wear a prosthetic leg as the distal tip became infected.
What First Aid techniques should I use to heal this injury? - I did apply Triple Anti-biotic gel on this injury and cover it for 12 hours time immediately post-injury. The following morning is when this injury began watering. It has not stopped watering since then.
Now, two weeks later, I am still dabbing this injury with gauze pads and wiping it clean with liquid antibiotic.
What technique should I use to hasten this recovery? (What should be each goal in each level of recovery?)
Letting it AIR DRY is out of the question. - I need to keep my stump shrunken in order to fit my prosthesis after it is healed.
I am currently having a new socket made.
Thanks.
I live in Texas.
