Cleaning an Eyebrow Piercing?

I did clean it but I think I didn’t do it “properly.” I used that Sea Salt Spray stuff to clean it the first time. I wanna get it done again but I want to know how to do it the right way. Massage techniques for Plantar Fasciitis?
