Does anyone know the Kriyashakti technique taught by Master Choa Kok Sui?
Posted in technique on 04/24/2009 11:47 pm by HealinPowerPranic Healing centers teach a technique that helps in manifestating what you want. I have read Master Choa’s books but only the courses teach this technique.
More info on the Kriyashakti technique:

I have recently been attuned to Reiki, I was wondering what peoples thoughts are about it?
Posted in technique on 04/21/2009 01:43 pm by HealinPowerWhat are your thoughts on Reiki? and does anyone know of any good resources and links to learn from? Im looking into buying Magic of Reiki by: Christopher Penczak.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means “God’s Wisdom or the Higher Power” and Ki which is “life force energy”. So Reiki is actually “spiritually guided life force energy.”
Reiki is religiously neutral. While Dr. Usui may have been a Buddhist, he had also studied Christianity and had lived with a Christian family for a time. It is clear he had a very broad background in many religious philosophies

Exercise techniques (small and simple but worthwhile)?
Posted in technique on 04/21/2009 12:51 pm by HealinPowerIm wondering– what are some exercises I can do while watching tv? Something that doesnt require a lot of effort or space but that will be of some good? For example: I normally wear heals while Im walking around at work all day and when I come home and watch a lil tv or movie, I will flex my calves and move my leg around in small circles, with my foot pointed up.
I will also lay on my back and pull myself up with my stomach (usually during commerical breaks haha)
and I like to take 10 minutes in between shows to turn on some good hip hop songs and dance to them..
It seems like little dumb things..but I think they help to keep my body movin throughout the day.
Any suggestions to add to this? Also..I’d like a more defined collarbone, rounder calves, and a tighter tummy/inside thighs. I have a nice round ass but I would like more definition between my back and my butt. Any suggestions? Mine kinda goes straight down. I would love to have this curve f:http://www.latinopundit.com/latino/lati
I know thats J Lo Lol! But I’d like that kind of definition!
…& i love her clavicle:

Laugh Therapy?
Posted in technique on 04/17/2009 03:13 pm by HealinPowerA friend told me he heard of a new clinic offering “Laughter Therapy” to benefit people with depression and to aid in healing of various diseases. He wants to try it and when he called they told him they use different techniques to produce the laughter, including tickling. Has anyone heard of this before? It sounds too weird to be true. Do you think they actually tickle people to make them feel better?

Posted in technique on 04/17/2009 01:46 am by HealinPowerHe jumped off a two story balcony and now has a luxating mandible, the vet performed the pencil technique and it popped back out when my cat came out of sedation and started moving around. He said to wait a week or so to see it it doesnt heal on it’s own.
How much about will it cost to get this fixed if it doesnt heal?
My cat’s lifespan won’t be affected, right?
My cat is like my child so any advice would be very appreciated, thanks.

Cleaning an Eyebrow Piercing?
Posted in technique on 04/13/2009 05:22 pm by HealinPowerHow long does an eyebrow piercing take to heal and what is the best technique to clean it so it doesn’t get infected. I had an eyebrow piercing before, and it got infected. I did clean it but I think I didn’t do it “properly.” I used that Sea Salt Spray stuff to clean it the first time. I wanna get it done again but I want to know how to do it the right way. Thanks Guys!!

Massage techniques for Plantar Fasciitis?
Posted in technique on 04/13/2009 03:54 am by HealinPowerI’ve had Plantar Fasciitis for over a year now, almost two years, and have tried stretching and good shoes, and so on, but am wondering if maybe there’s some kind of massage or other exercise, either with muscles or energy, I can do to help speed the healing. Please let me know if you know of anything.
Thanks!
Anthony
