How can I stop bile stones?

healing techniques
seafish asked:

First of all I would like to thank everyone for all the suggestions and valuable advices they have given me. I’m very grateful for them. I have another question. My mother is suffering from bilestones for three years by now. She rejects having an operation on it, as for many doctors told her, (as well she has read it in books) that as long as she has her bile, which does have it’s own function, it’s better to keep it, avoid having any operations on it, and leave operation to the last resort. Other doctors told her the completely opposite, and suggested her to have an operation on it as soon as possible (by throwing her bile out as for it could cause serious complications) I have heard of many nature-healing techniques such as FOOT REFLEXOLOGY, or various tea types, or DIETS that could ease her pain, and help her bile to get cured and get rid of her stones. Do you have any experiences on this field? What is the best way of curing a “stony bile” without having operations on it?

What techniques do you use to see the best in others after they’ve hurt you in some way?

Crispy asked:

Holding on to anger and grudges serve no purpose. I’ve made changes in my thinking, so that when others hurt or betray me in some way, I immediately challenge negative thoughts, by focusing on positive characteristics the person may have.

Often this means recognizing qualities these people may not have shown me personally, but have shown others. In a strange way, it helps me “remember” that everyone has some good inside of them, which makes if easier to forgive. Also, it helps me to reflect on areas where I need to grow and change.

What are your thoughts on this, and what have you done to personally heal or forgive others?
Hi Wicca, I understand how you feel. The technique I use doesn’t mean I deny what the person has done to me, or that I continue a relationship with them. It just means I recognize the good in them, so that I can move on peacefully realizing they are only human. Sometimes depending on the hurt, if we just move on without making peace emotionally and mentally with ourselves, we carry this larger than life ugly image of the person, that gives them power they really don’t have. This utlimately can cause us fear. Well, I hope this explains a little. :)

Tattoos Don’t Hurt Enough?

healing techniques
asked:

This is gonna sound crazy, but I got a tattoo yesterday, and it doesn’t hurt the way I think it should. I have 6 others, but my last one was 4 years ago. This one was across the inside of my wrist (and it hurt at the time). I also had one on my bicep touched up.

I’m concerned, believe it or not, because they don’t hurt too badly today and there wasn’t a lot of bleeding, and the bigger one on my bicep isn’t “sliming.” Should I be concerned that the artist didn’t get the ink in deep enough, or are there new techniques/equipment that really help them from being so gross and painful in the healing process?

(PS - I’m also using Tat Wax brand for the first time. I used to do the Neosporin/Lubriderm thing which was the standard in the 90s.)

Are there any exercise that can speed wrist healing?

healing techniques
pyrosarco asked:

I hurt my wrist skateboarding about a week and a half ago. Basically I hurt it by constantly catching myself from falling by putting my arms out. It has been jammed and probably hyper extended.

I am not incredibly concerned because it has gotten better over the past week. However, I like to do push ups and I can’t put much weight on the wrist with out causing it pain. Obviously it is too soon and it hasn’t healed 100%.

My question is: Are there any techniques or exercises that will speed my wrist healing?

and

I can do knuckle push ups with out making the wrist hurt, will this have any harmful effects even though the wrist is not being bent? I imagine it causes unneeded stress somehow.
