Bikram Yoga Poses?

*Works every organ, gland, nerve, tendon, ligament and muscle in the entire body each Bikram Yoga session
* It will you in preventing injury and may prevent or improve chronic illness
* Improves the capacity to breathe deeply and fully
* Promotes better sleep, you may even need to sleep less
* Has wonderful body toning effects
* It helps in weight loss or gain depending on your body’s needs
* It helps in improve the healing and regenerative powers of your body
* It helps in improving posture and body awareness
* Helps with enhancement in your lymphatic system
* It helps with enhancement in functioning of T cell and your immune system
* It helps in increasing the flexibility of the body
* It helps in improving the metabolism / digestion
Does anyone know any poses or techniques I can do at home instead of taking a class?
