relief for pinched sciatica nerve?

i just did it yesterday… i thought i pulled a muscle in my back but today i can feel the pain from my lower back to my knee and i’m positive it’s my sciatica nerve. anybody know any at home techniques to help this go away? i had to take the day off work but i can’t afford to take any more off so any tips about how to heal this faster would be much appreciated!
