Girl’s high school soccer tryouts?

I’m going to be an incoming freshmen and I’m going to tryout for the high school’s soccer team (there’s 3 teams: freshman, jr. varsity, and varsity). Tryouts are in a month and there are 2 sessions. 1 in the morning for fitness and 1 in the evening for soccer. How much miles should I run each day to get myself in shape? (I’m already running 1-2 miles a day.) I sprained my ankle about a month ago and it’s not completely healed so my parents aren’t letting me join any soccer camps (which my current soccer team is doing and puts me at a disadvantage). What drills can I practice outdoors AND indoors (it’s been thunderstorming quite a lot)? What are some good skills/techniques to learn for the tryouts?
