Why is more forearm sore?

I’ve been working out for 3 months now, and just recentley I noticed my forearm (Ulna) by the wrist is very sore if I lift weights. I don’t know why, I lift with proper positioning. I know everything I do in technique is right. But this has happened to me before and it took a long time to heal. Why does this happen?
