Mollescum Contagiosum?

I believe that I may have [mollescum contagiosum]. About two days ago, I started noticing skin-colored bumps on my arms, legs, elbows and hands (mainly fingers). Scratching makes them red and irritated, of course, and they seem to spread when scratched. Since the scratching (bad I know!) they have spread to behind my ears, on my neck and several on my stomach.

It fits the definition of mollescum contagiosum, especially since each bump seems to be coming from a hair follicle, and several (especially the ones on my hand) turn out to look like tiny blisters.
ANYWAYS… just wondering if anyone has any home remedies to make these buggers go away quicker. I read that acne products, with salyic or benzoyl in them, will dry the skin and heal it if applied. Any techniques, tips, hints?
Thank you so much!!
Lauren
