I practice taekwondo and about a few months ago i felt pain during stretching in any position i had to stretch my inner left thigh. Ive done some self research but i’m not sure if it’s accurate. Week after week i havent stopped taekwondo because i can limit the use of my left leg, but if i stretch it hurts. I believe a possibility is a pulled hamstring or muscle. Maybe they mean the same thing :). Im older than 14 and younger than 18 so if that helps.

I wish to know what kind of injury and time of healing.

Also any techniques to recover etc.

My thumb hurts when I try to move it or press down on the joint (where my thumb meets my hand), and I’m not sure if it’s tendonitis, an old injury that healed improperly, or what, but in any case I’d like to help support/immobilize/compress it by wrapping my thumb with an elastic bandage. What is the best way/technique to do this? I can only seen to find methods for taping online, but no wrapping. Thanks!

I put moisturinzing lotion and benadryl ictch cream on everyday and i wear bandages and a sweater over them to protect them from the things around it so it can heal better
What do I do to get rid of them since all my techniques are failig :0
