My mother is suffering from bilestones for three years by now. She rejects having an operation on it, as for many doctors told her, (as well she has read it in books) that as long as she has her bile, which does have it’s own function, it’s better to keep it, avoid having any operations on it, and leave operation to the last resort. Other doctors told her the completely opposite, and suggested her to have an operation on it as soon as possible (by throwing her bile out as for it could cause serious complications) I have heard of many nature-healing techniques such as FOOT REFLEXOLOGY, or various tea types, or DIETS that could ease her pain, and help her bile to get cured and get rid of her stones. Do you have any experiences on this field? What is the best way of curing a “stony bile” without having operations on it?

I am not incredibly concerned because it has gotten better over the past week. However, I like to do push ups and I can’t put much weight on the wrist with out causing it pain. Obviously it is too soon and it hasn’t healed 100%.

My question is: Are there any techniques or exercises that will speed my wrist healing?

I can do knuckle push ups with out making the wrist hurt, will this have any harmful effects even though the wrist is not being bent? I imagine it causes unneeded stress somehow.

I have mild laryngitis — I can technically sing, but my head resonance has gone to crap and my control is lessened due to swelling of the cords. Range is down by a whole step, as I have to start covering on F#4 instead of G#4, and I can’t seem to hold the breath very well, presumably because my cords are swollen and can’t close all the way.

This is due to a virus:
My mom came down with something very similar on Christmas (of course), but I did not know about it until after I had been around her for a while. She lost her speaking voice a couple of days later, and is still recovering. I have no allergies or respiratory disorders.

Anyone have ideas on how I can heal by Saturday? Or at least sing?
